The ICT Delivery and Transformation Supervisor is responsible for the delivery of all ICT Solutions and Services in the form of ICT projects and following the ICT strategic plans and roadmaps. Subsequently, he/she is responsible for the adoption and compliance of the business of the said ICT Solutions and Services and its established processes and controls through digital transformation.

He/she handles ICT Delivery processes and adoption of relevant industry best practice on Project Managements, Software Development Lifecycle, ICT infrastructure and Services Management (ITIL), among others.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develops ICT Programs and their corresponding strategic and tactical execution plans in support of the prevailing ICT roadmap, long-term and medium-term strategic ICT plans of the company and the group. Delivers ICT Solutions and Services following the ICT Programs through effective and well-established discipline on program and project management, systems development lifecycle, and ICT infrastructure and service management best- practices. Formulates and establishes ICT Delivery and Program Management framework and the execution governance methodology and standards such as but not limited to program management lifecycle, procedures, roles and responsibilities, forms and performance metrics. Acts as the overall Program Manager of all ICT Projects and heads the ICT Program Management Office.Collaborates with ICT Governance and Engineering and relevant stakeholders, participate and contribute in the development and update of the technology roadmap, long-term and medium-term strategic ICT plansDevelops the cost-benefit analysis of ICT programs and seek approval from top management and board of directors.Manages the technical transition of ICT projects from development stage to production stage including technical Change Management process. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any related course. Preferably with Master's/Doctoral degree, PMP, Agile, Lean, Six-Sigma, ITIL, certifications or relevant experience. At least ten (10) years of work experience in the same field OTHERS: Employment Status: Probationary Work Location: Ortigas Center, Pasig City Work Schedule: 100% ON-SITE WORK from Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm)
