ICT Director

Lead the ICT strategy, development, and operations to align ICT services and infrastructure with business strategy, ensuring effective delivery of ICT solutions and overseeing IT systems that support operational goals.

Solutions Delivery:

• Develop ICT enterprise application architecture and technology roadmap aligned with business strategy and goals.
• Oversee design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems and services meeting evolving business needs.
• Drive design, testing, and deployment of operating system-level software for system efficiency and scalability.
• Manage ICT solution acquisition and negotiate contracts with vendors for cost-effective procurement and alignment with technical requirements.
• Ensure successful delivery of ICT projects, coordinating across departments to meet business demands.

Service Delivery and Operations:

• Oversee installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of system hardware, software, and related IT infrastructure.
• Ensure smooth operations and maintenance (O&M) of the company's LAN, internet systems, firewall, networking, and telephony systems.
• Manage ICT assets, including hardware, licenses, and software, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Supervise vendor relationships for ICT goods and services, including procurement, contract negotiation, and SLA management.
• Provide efficient service desk and deskside support, resolving technical issues to maintain business continuity.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP) are a plus.
• Proven track record in ICT management at a senior level, preferably in a tower company or telecommunications industry.
• Strong experience in enterprise application architecture, ICT solutions development, and technology roadmapping.
• Solid understanding of networking, firewalls, LAN/WAN systems, and telephony infrastructure.
• Excellent vendor management skills, including contract negotiation and performance monitoring.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to work in the Philippines and open to expatriate candidates.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
