**ICT Director Job Description** Seeking an experienced ICT Director to lead the development and operations of the company's information and communication technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and effective delivery of ICT solutions.

The ICT Director will be responsible for leading the company's ICT strategy, development, and operations. This role requires strong leadership and technical expertise to manage both the enterprise-level ICT architecture and day-to-day operational ICT services.

**Key Responsibilities:** * **Solutions Delivery** * Develop the ICT enterprise application architecture and technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with business strategy and goals. * Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems and services that meet evolving business needs. * Drive the design, testing, and deployment of operating system-level software to ensure system efficiency and scalability. * Manage the acquisition of ICT solutions and negotiate contracts with vendors, ensuring cost-effective procurement and alignment with technical requirements. * Ensure successful delivery of ICT projects, coordinating across departments to meet business demands. * **Service Delivery and Operations** * Oversee the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of system hardware, software, and related IT infrastructure. * Ensure smooth operations and maintenance (O&M) of the company's local area network (LAN), internet systems, firewall, networking, and telephony systems. * Lead the management of ICT assets, including hardware, licenses, and software, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. * Supervise vendor relationships for ICT goods and services, including procurement, contract negotiation, and service-level agreement (SLA) management. * Ensure the provision of efficient service desk and deskside support, resolving technical issues to maintain business continuity. **Key Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. * Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP) are a plus. * Proven track record in ICT management at a senior level, preferably in a tower company or telecommunications industry. * Strong experience in enterprise application architecture, ICT solutions development, and technology roadmapping. * Solid understanding of networking, firewalls, LAN/WAN systems, and telephony infrastructure. * Excellent vendor management skills, including contract negotiation and performance monitoring. * Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams. * Willingness to work in the Philippines and open to expatriate candidates. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
