Gratitude Philippines is seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in designing, modifying, and testing technical architecture solutions to drive digital transformation and innovation.

Responsibilities
  1. Design and implement technical architecture solutions to address specific retail banking problems.
  2. Provide supervision and guidance to development teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  3. Continuously research emerging technologies and propose changes to improve our technical solutions.
  4. Assess the business impact of technical solutions and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
  5. Communicate effectively with various stakeholders to inform them of any issues with current technical solutions.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in digital transformation, testing, and integrating program software systems.
  • Deep understanding of IT architectures and solutions, with a focus on emerging technologies.
  • Experience in operating model, enterprise architecture, and/or process transformation.
  • Strong technical skills, with certifications in MS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS certified specialty.
  • Agile certification – scrum master or equivalent.
