The Finance and Administrative Officer is responsible for supporting POG Approved Budget monitoring and Project Simulation for Postcon and Assoc Management. FAO is also involved in planning and controlling relevant financial activities ensuring adequate financial resources are provided for in every project under transitions until it is fully operational and properly turned over to Condominium Corporation. The position is under the guidance of the Association Management Manager, Subgroup of Postcon and Association Management Team (FLI Property Operations) and is tasked to work collaboratively with other team members in finance, sales, project development, legal, property management, and customer services in relation to any financial aspects of project transitions.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

  1. Education: Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy/Finance.
  2. Job Experience: At least five (5) years of extensive experience in the related accounting/financial field – preferably in the Property Management/Real Estate industry
  3. Competencies Required
  4. Adaptable to any accounting system applications.
  5. With strong interpersonal skills.
  6. Customer service oriented.
  7. Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  8. Knowledgeable in all aspect of accounting and audit.
  9. Computer literate, MS Office Applications.
