Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Define strategy and manage a long-term vision and portfolio of initiatives to improve business results through creating world-class metrics, analysis, visualizations, and data-driven storytelling Lead a team of data analysts and data scientists with a focus on skill development, coaching, as well as maintain a high performing team. Delivers high value data interpretation and predictive analysis performance data to recognize historical trends that can be used to forecast probable results.Identifies responses to patterns, turning data into information, information into action and action into value.Lead and own projects from conception through to production and post-production support.Build machine learning models through all phases of development, from design through training, evaluation, validation and implementation
Qualifications: Experience implementing or operating an organization's Governance model Developing a high performing team with the ability to lead in a matrixed environment Experience driving large scale data transformations with competing priorities and initiatives to deliver optimal capabilitiesPrior people management experience is requiredExperience operating in a matrix global framework is requiredCreating a direct and indirect organization with a culture of global customer focus and the ability to deliverAbility to shape, creating a future vision and gaining support and alignment to that vision
