Job Summary:

As a Data Analyst at our HR consultancy and recruitment business, your primary responsibility will be to gather, analyze, and interpret data to provide valuable insights and support decision-making processes. You will work closely various stakeholders to identify data requirements, design and develop reports, and create visualizations using Power BI. Your role will contribute to enhancing our recruitment strategies, optimizing HR processes, and improving overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Gathering and Analysis

· Collect and consolidate data from various sources, including HR systems, surveys, and external databases.

· Conduct thorough analysis of data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.

· Perform data cleansing and validation to ensure accuracy and reliability.

2. Report Development

· Collaborate with HR and other teams to understand their reporting needs and requirements.

· Design and develop reports and dashboards using Power BI, preferably, to effectively present data-driven insights.

· Create interactive visualizations to facilitate data exploration and decision-making.

3. Data Visualization and Communication

· Translate complex data into clear and concise visual representations.

· Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a meaningful and understandable manner.

· Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for internal and external clients.

4. Data-driven Insights

· Identify key metrics and KPIs to measure HR and recruitment performance.

· Conduct ad-hoc analysis to answer specific business questions and provide actionable recommendations.

· Monitor and track HR and recruitment trends to identify opportunities for improvement.

5. Data Management and Maintenance

· Develop and maintain data models, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

· Collaborate with IT and other teams to ensure data quality and consistency.

· Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in data analytics and visualization tools.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in data science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.Minimum of 2 to 5 years of data analytics exposure, preferably in an HR and recruitment settingProficiency in using Power BI or Tableau for data visualization and reporting.Experience integrating data from multiple sources into Microsoft Power BI or similar tools, including databases, Excel files, cloud-based services, and other platforms.Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and extract meaningful insights.Excellent communication skills to convey insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.Experience in data cleansing, data modeling, and data validation techniques. Knowledge of SQL and database management systems is a plus.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
