Role Summary
The Data Analyst is responsible for creating forecast, scheduling, capacity planning and other reports requested. He/she should be able to provide analytics on scheduling, forecasting, utilization, quantitative SLAs, trends and capacity planning opportunities with Operations.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Volume monitoring, Staffing and Scheduling (40%)
Manages assigned operations by assessing operational drivers – staffing, volume, processing time, and outcomesMonitors volume flow and provides recommendationto improve SLA achievement, including calling for OT/Time off, as neededLeads and executes week-ahead staffing planning processDevelops and generates reports of operational drivers and outcomesPerforms analysis of data using analytical methodsDrives changes on the need of the business, acts as a resource and POC during contingency events including weather events, system outages, etc.Initiates, develops and implements improvements to workflows and processes and participate on special projectsCoordinates all service impacting application & system downtime / outages affecting volumes and deliveryData Analytics (60%)Extracts/generates quantitative information from a single or multiple tools and/or from databases using standard queriesFormats extracted data based on expected report outputCalculates data using available fields within the gathered informationCategorizes and segments extracted data using tools to convert data to information relevant to the report (excel, macro, database)Consolidates and combines extracted data from multiple resources using automated tools (excel, macro, database), and/or from different system tools in one single database using queries (SQL, Tableau) standardize data structure from different data sourcesGathers and analyzes report requirements from stakeholders. Identify and provide solution to general inquiries Required Skills/Abilities:Working knowledge & technical understanding of Workforce Management Principles and calculationsExcellent verbal and written English language communication skillsAbility to independently prioritize workload, meet deadlines and perform multiple tasks with great attention to detail / accuracyExperience in working in a highly demanding and dynamic environment with multiple service linesClient-focused with ability to effectively manage client expectationsCompetent in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Excel macro and programming background is a huge advantageProficient in using Business Intelligence applications i.e. Power BI, TableauCandidate must be amenable to work 100% on-siteCandidate must be amenable to work on permanent mid-shift schedule Education and Experience:Candidate must have a Bachelor's/College Degree3-5 years' experience in a floor coordinator/real time analyst/business intelligence roleExperience in Scheduling, Forecasting, Capacity Planning and Reporting Background is a plusWorking knowledge and technical understanding of Workforce Management Principles and calculationsExcellent verbal and written English language communication skills Company InformationIntegreon is a trusted, global provider of award-winning legal and business solutions to leading law firms, corporations and professional services firms.
