Role Overview:
As a Data Quality Analyst, your primary task is to cross-verify and organize data to ensure compliance with client-specific criteria. This role requires a keen eye for detail, English proficiency, and the capability to decipher intricate instructions.
Your main duties will include scrutinizing and refining documents generated from ETL templates, rectifying OCR errors, and guaranteeing that all client requirements are accurately integrated into the final outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Download and review ETL-generated templates, ensuring alignment with client-specified standards.
  • Spot and rectify OCR (Optical Character Recognition) errors in claims by comparing them with previous filings.
  • Adjust rejection statements to match the client's formatting and wording preferences.
  • Validate the presence of company analytics reports in the packet, re-downloading if necessary.
  • Maintain top-notch data quality by implementing essential alterations to documents before re-uploading.

Requirements:
  • Exceptional focus on detail and precision.
  • Proficiency in the English language.
  • Ability to interpret complex client directives and apply them to document reviews.
  • Preferably own a Windows machine over a Mac.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Word) and Adobe.
  • Pass a skill fit test with a minimum score of 95%.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Efficient time management skills to meet deadlines.
  • A stable internet connection and personal computer/laptop are mandatory.
  • NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED (We encourage candidates from all backgrounds to apply).

Desired Skills:
  • Background in data analysis, quality assurance, or a similar domain.
  • Familiarity with ETL processes and OCR technology.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with remote teams.
