Elite Global is currently seeking HIGHLY ENERGENTIC and RELIABLE individual for the following position for its office in Ortigas Center Pasig City, Metro Manila.

POSITION: Data Analyst

The Data Analyst is vital for data-driven decision-making in product planning and management. Key responsibilities include performing data cleaning, EDA, and hypothesis testing to generate insights. The analyst produces and maintains reports to monitor KPIs and trends in player behavior, monetization, and engagement. Collaborating with the Product and Data Team, they provide actionable recommendations to optimize player experience and revenue. Additionally, the analyst designs telemetry systems, ensures dashboard accuracy, communicates findings through reports and presentations, and prioritizes ad hoc data requests in a dynamic studio environment.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Data Analysis and Insights:

Perform data cleaning, exploratory data analysis (EDA), and hypothesis testing.Interpret results to derive meaningful insights and recommendations for game improvements.Analyze player behavior and spending patterns to identify opportunities for enhancing engagement and monetization.Technical Tasks:Query and manipulate data using SQL.Create data visualizations using QuickSight.Use programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and automation.Reporting and Monitoring:Generate daily updates on unusual patterns or trends in key performance indicators (KPIs).Produce weekly reports on event, content, and feature performance for teams.Compile monthly reports for the board and business review.Prepare quarterly reports for executives and the board.Maintain and ensure the accuracy of key dashboards.Decision Support:Provide data-driven recommendations for game content, live operations, and feature updates.Assist in optimizing player experience and maximizing monetization through analysis of player behavior and spending patterns.Define and implement telemetry systems for tracking in-game user actions and events.Communication and Collaboration:Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through reports, presentations, and dashboards.Collaborate with the Product and Data Team, Content and Events Team, and other internal teams to ensure data-driven decision-making.Use platforms like Confluence, Slack, and PowerPoint for documentation and presentations.Additional Responsibilities:Assist in designing and automating regular reports for senior management.Navigate the uncertainty of a small studio environment by suggesting best practices.Prioritize and manage ad hoc data requests based on their importance and urgency.QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

Required:

At least 3-5 years of experience as a data analyst, preferably in the gaming industry.Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint.Experience with data visualization tools, particularly QuickSight.Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R.Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.Strong communication and presentation skills.Able to work in UK time.Preferred:Experience with Snowflake is ideal but not necessary.Passion for video games and an interest in fashion and trends.Understanding of game mechanics, player behavior, and industry trends.Experience working on game data.APPLY NOW:
