Be part of our client’s team as a UK Admission Advisor, guiding international students through the application process for UK universities. You’ll handle student applications, provide visa advice, and maintain relationships with institutions to ensure a smooth admissions journey.

Shift: Monday – Friday (06:00 AM - 03:00 PM)

How You'll Help Students Achieve Their UK Dreams
Guide prospective international students through the UK education system, providing expert advice on courses, institutions, and application processes.Ensure students receive comprehensive support from initial inquiry through to enrolment, staying updated on admission criteria and immigration policies.Process student applications accurately and efficiently, assessing education history and suitability for UK study while meeting strict response deadlines.Manage student confirmations, liaising with UK centre teams to issue Visa documentation (CAS).Provide detailed advice on educational pathways, visa requirements, and the application process for studying in the UK.Develop and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, agents, students, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth admission processes.Respond promptly to admissions-related inquiries through various communication channels.Maintain and apply knowledge of UK legislative policies related to international students, including UK visa regulations, under guidance from the Admissions Team Lead.Contribute to the innovation and continuous improvement of admissions practices and processes.Perform additional duties as required by the Admissions Team Leader.Skills That Make You the Perfect Fit
Essential Qualifications
Strong knowledge of the UK education system, including both undergraduate and postgraduate options.Proven experience working in a customer-focused environment.Previous experience in a fast-paced administrative department.High attention to detail and accuracy in data management.Excellent written and spoken English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.Flexibility and willingness to learn and take on new tasks.Ability to build and manage relationships with colleagues and customers from diverse backgrounds.Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.Strong team player with the ability to follow instructions and work with limited supervision.Desirable Qualifications
Experience working in the UK education sector or a similar field.In-depth knowledge of student visa criteria and procedures in the UK.Understanding of international student needs and the UK education system.Experience in student admissions or student services.Familiarity with the education systems of other countries.Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems.Ability to communicate in a second language.Safeguarding
