Job Description:

Responsible for the execution of the marketing and outreach related plan of activities and makes use of the different resources (manpower, financial, service groups, etc) in order to attain the enrollment target set by the management. The position is also responsible in maintaining and monitoring of the growth of the student population.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Generate new student enrolment for the branch through approved marketing and sales strategies.Coordinates with high school officials on matters concerning participation in career orientation and guidance of their senior students and administration of an on-site college entrance test.Plans and implements local marketing strategies which include identification of market share, zoning, budgetary requirements and plan of activities for the next school year.Spearheads new strategies/programs for the promotion of school.Acts as career speaker in outreach-related activities which covers scope of career guidance talk, scheduling of activities, etc.Monitors outputs of the various outreach teams, consolidates reports submitted by them and makes necessary marketing action plans and decisions.Trains individuals who will acts as the front lines of the department especially during outreach and enrollment periods.Attends as the official representative of the campus to various marketing conferences, trainings and seminar workshops.Prepares daily enrollment reports.Acts the official representative of the campus in various marketing conferences, seminars and training workshops.Assists in the enrollment. Entertains telephone inquiries and prospective clients/enrolleesPrepares replenishment/reimbursement of employees covered by marketing fund.Coordinates with the different sectors of the academe for the fulfillment of the goals of the College.Performs other duties that may be assigned by the immediate superior.

Job Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.Preferably with at least 3 years experience specialized in Telesales/ Telemarketing or equivalent.Excellent command in English both verbal and written.Skills required: Excellent communication, organizational. time-management, and decision-making.
