Qualifications & experience

A Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as international relations, law, or business administration, is highly regarded.Proven experience in the visa consultancy industry or a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly when dealing with clients from diverse backgrounds.Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite and various other office software applications.Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain client confidentiality.Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing visa requirements.Tasks & responsibilitiesClient Support - Answering inquiries, providing information, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of visa requirements and processes. Coordinates with government agencies, embassies, and consulates for appointments and visa status updates. Shares progress on changes in immigration regulations.Administrative Duties - Maintaining and updating client records, visa application forms, and other documents. Preparing and reviewing visa application packages for submission. Managing and maintaining the office filing system. Assisting with billing, invoicing, and fee collection from clients.Compliance and Regulations - Keep track of changes in immigration laws, visa regulations, and embassy/consulate procedures. Ensure strict adherence to legal and regulatory requirements. Conduct quality control compliance checks and audits to ensure the accuracy and consistency of visa applications.Communication and Coordination - Collaborate with team members to streamline the application process and improve client experiences. Maintain effective communication with embassies and consulates.
