Work you'll do

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and eminence activities, measure performance against established KPIs, and report on results/outcome
  • Assist in creating marketing collaterals, including promotional items, giveaways, event materials
  • Help coordinate firm events, such as executive engagement activities, webinars, alumni events, workshops, etc.
  • Manage the firm's CRM platform and ensure regular updating of information
  • Handle routine administrative tasks like maintaining databases, scheduling of meetings, monitoring/handling website and email inquiries, etc.
  • Passion for CSR work is a plus
  • Digital marketing knowledge and graphic design experience is desirable
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines is essential

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree related to graphic design, multimedia technology, multimedia arts, fine arts
  • Work experience:
    • Experience in events and project management
    • Experience with digital marketing tools and CRM platform
    • Familiarity with brand and marketing concept
  • Required skills: Above-average skills in written and spoken English, Keen attention to detail, Strong administrative, planning, and organizational ability, Well-developed presentation skills, Strong interpersonal effectiveness in dealing with professionals

Event Coordination:

  • Proven ability to plan, organize, and execute events, both online and offline.
  • Strong project management skills for coordinating various aspects of events.
