Capgemini seeks a Product Specialist to troubleshoot technical issues, provide technical assistance, and escalate problems to appropriate personnel.

Your Role:

  • Apply understanding of information systems products and services to assist users.
  • Identify, investigate, and research user questions and problems, isolating and resolving information systems issues.
  • Coordinate referrals to technical, professional, or service personnel.
  • Prioritize issues and forward using escalation procedures.

Your Profile:

  • 1 year of experience in a technical help desk environment providing phone support to a large customer base.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer services support or equivalent skills and experience.
  • Experience supporting hardware and software, including PC, Macintosh, iPhone, printers, MS-Outlook, Windows 7 and 10, MS-Office 2013 and 2016.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to understand and follow instructions.
  • Strong English verbal and written skills.
  • Typing skills essential.
