We are seeking a highly motivated and driven PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ADMIN ASSISTANT to join our team. As an admin, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the process of applications, lease renewals, advertisements and the like.

Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain relationships with clients, and ensure their needs are met throughout their processCreate and execute effective marketing strategies to attract potential buyers or renters.Show properties to prospective buyers or tenants, and provide them with detailed information about the properties and the surrounding area.Keep up-to-date with market trends and property values to provide clients with accurate and relevant information.Work closely with other property managers, brokers, and industry professionals to ensure smooth transactions.
Requirements:Must hold a bachelor's degree (preferably with Real Estate or Business related course)Proven experience as a property management admin.Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.Strong knowledge of the real estate market in Australia.
Tenant ServicesAssist and administer lease agreementsDispatch tenant work orders; Maintain tenant work order e-mailHandle tenant, vendor and prospective tenant walk-insAssist with tenant and vendor-related interfaces as neededAssist Property Manager with tenant relations as required
