What You'll Do

  • Coordinate tenant requests and manage maintenance services
  • Answer and direct tenant and vendor calls, providing necessary assistance and information
  • Maintain tenant contact lists, information manuals, and building procedures
  • Provide administrative support to Property Managers, including document preparation and distribution
  • Process correspondence for tenants, contractors, and other parties
  • Manage insurance certificate files for contractors
  • Maintain organized filing systems for leases, tenants, insurance certificates, vendors, buildings, drawings, contracts, and POs
  • Assist with rent/lease collections
What Makes You a Great Fit?

  • Knowledge of office and accounting procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • 2-3 years of administrative experience in a commercial leasing office environment
  • Familiarity with facilities operations
