You have a proven track record and technical skills in

Strong understanding of risk management principles and frameworks, particularly RCSA methodologiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate discussions and interactions among diverse stakeholders.Proven ability to manage projects, plan meetings, and track action items.Experience in drafting and finalizing technical documents.Proficiency in project management tools and methodologiesFamiliarity with the Wholesale Banking applications such as, CLO, RegApp, etc. (optional)Excellent English language skills (written as well as spoken)Ability to work in an environment with fast changing priorities.Conscientious, accurate and approachableGood organizational skills and structured way of working; exceptional follow through, focus and attention to detail.A 'can do' mentality, proactive, resourceful, and willing to go the extra mile.Able to navigate through complexities within the organization
