RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate and manage logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution, to ensure efficient and timely delivery of medical devices and related products.Liaise with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to arrange transportation and manage import/export processes, ensuring compliance with regulations and documentation requirements.Monitor shipment schedules, track delivery progress, and proactively address any logistical issues or delays to minimize disruptions and ensure on-time delivery.Optimize transportation routes and modes, negotiating contracts and rates with logistics service providers to achieve cost savings while maintaining service levels.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, sales, and customer service, and optimize supply chain processes to meet customer needs and business objectives.Implement and enforce safety and compliance standards in logistics operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.Generate reports and analysis related to logistics performance, including on-time delivery metrics, transportation costs.,Liaise with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to arrange transportation and oversee import/export processes, ensuring compliance with all regulations and documentation requirements.Optimize transportation routes and modes, negotiating contracts and rates with logistics service providers to achieve cost savings while maintaining high service standardsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, sales, and customer service, to streamline supply chain processes and meet customer needs and business objectives.Implement and enforce safety and compliance standards in logistics operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.Generate reports and analyses on logistics performance, focusing on metrics such as on-time delivery and transportation costs.Oversee warehouse operations, from delivery to proof of delivery (POD) monitoring.Prepare vendor billings and assist the finance team with POD monitoring updates, particularly for incoming due dates.Support the invoicing team with order encoding and assist in the preparation of KPI reports. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Custom AdministrationLicensed Customs BrokerWith minimum 2 years experience in related fieldProven experience in logistics operations, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.Strong understanding of transportation, warehousing, and distribution processes, including import/export regulations and documentation requirements.Proficiency in logistics management software and tools, such as TMS (Transportation Management System) and WMS (Warehouse Management System).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address logistical issues and challenges.
