ICEX-VIVES is a business internationalization scholarship program offered by the Government of Spain through ICEX Spain Export and Investment. ICEX VIVES provides training internships in Spanish companies with activity abroad, aimed at young Spaniards and European Union citizens between 18 and 30 years of age who hold a bachelor's degree.

This program is a great opportunity for young people looking to develop skills and knowledge in an international environment.

Job description:

  • To assist the Head of Business Development generating new business opportunities for ACCIONA Infrastructure and upkeep a Tenders and Prospects (T&P) pipeline
  • Assist in the development and the implementation of a commercial strategy for diversifying the project portfolio in the Philippines, capturing emerging opportunities, new clients, etc.
  • Assist in the development of a plan to ensure that ACCIONA Infrastructure grows substantially in the short term (next 2 years), and which also constitutes the basis for medium to long term.
  • Actively support to seek out new opportunities for developing the business, including acquisitions and joint ventures, to underpin growth targets and market strategies.
  • Proactive seeking market intelligence on industry and competitors
  • Assist in the analysis of economic, regulatory and demographic factors which impact upon the business.
  • Actively seek out opportunities for 'cross selling' that enhance business development prospects in the Philippines for ACCIONA as a group.
  • Analyze the market and provide reports and recommendations regarding project strategy, market segmentation, ACCIONA's value proposition and marketing approach.

Requisitos del candidato

Qualifications required:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or similar.
  • Languages: Advanced level of English essential.
  • Ability to participate in meaningful negotiations and conflict resolution.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • International experience will be highly valued.
