Customer Service Representative

Join our team as a Customer Service Representative and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing timely and professional support to our customers via various channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
  • Order Management: Assist customers with order placements, tracking, cancellations, returns, and refunds.
  • Problem Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a satisfactory resolution while adhering to company policies.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Follow-Up: Proactively follow up on customer queries and issues, ensuring all concerns are addressed and resolved promptly.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and provide insights to the team for service improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as logistics, product management, and marketing to address customer concerns.
  • Maintain Records: Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in the system.
  • Customer Engagement: Promote products and services that may benefit the customer, enhancing their overall shopping experience.
Qualifications:
  • Pure Non-Voice Account Local Account
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within an eCommerce environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A positive attitude, patience, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Experience with chat support and social media customer engagement.
  • Ability to handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism.
