Role Overview:
We are seeking a quick-learning, self-motivated, and results-driven individual to join our Customer Support Team as a Customer Service Specialist. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service and computer skills and will act as a liaison, providing product/services information, and resolving any emerging problems with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Order Processing: Manage and process all sales order requests through relevant system platforms.Customer Interaction: Answer all incoming calls, emails, and correspondence promptly and professionally. Greet all customers in a friendly and hospitable manner.Call & Email Transfer: Transfer calls and emails to the relevant sales managers based on system allocation.E-Shop Enquiries: Respond to and action all e-shop inquiries efficiently.Live SMS Chat: Manage and respond to all client's Hotline (live SMS chat) inquiries.Outbound SMS Engagement: Engage in outbound SMS correspondence with customers via client's Hotline to check in and upsell.Account Management: Check customers' accounts receivable status during phone or live chat interactions; address any overdue invoices, and ensure customers are receiving our invoicing correctly.
