Job Description

The Business Unit Director (BUD) oversees client servicing teams, maintains high PR standards and cultivates strong client relationships. They streamline operations to ensure effective execution of client needs.

Overview of the role

As a BUD you will be responsible for: Overseeing and managing key business accounts across units. Driving revenue management by assessing and meeting financial objectives. Delivering exceptional client service and meet KPI metrics to increase satisfaction. Handling contractual obligations and resolve client issues effectively. Developing and refining workflow processes to enhance operational efficiency. Leading, mentoring, and supporting team growth, providing feedback and career development. Maintaining strong industry relationships with the Press, KOLs, Talent Agencies, and Vendors to build the Agency's image and trust.

  11. A graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Advertising or Public Relations, Marketing, Communications or related course.
  12. At least 2 years of experience as an Account/PR/ Client Service Director in a PR firm.
  13. Has years of experience working with multinational FMCG brands.
  14. Have a proven ability to drive financial success and meet revenue targets.
  15. Have an experience managing key business accounts and overseeing their performance.
