Gain a deep understanding of the manufacturing industry processes: Develop
knowledge of workflows and operational processes within a manufacturing setting,
focusing on how departments are interconnected and their impact on customer
experience.Develop skills in customer feedback management: Learn to handle customer
feedback through the complaints management system, including logging, analyzing, and
addressing complaints. Participate in activities to ensure resolution and customer
satisfaction.Improve data analysis and reporting capabilities: Create and present reports that
combine customer feedback and order management data, using data visualization and
reporting tools to support internal stakeholders' decision-making processes.Foster cross-functional collaboration and drive process improvement: Collaborate
