Position Overview

As the **Senior Analyst, Sales GTM Ops at Insight**, your primary role is to provide analytical support to Insight's Sales Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy efforts. This is a crucial position that demands a diverse skill set encompassing financial acumen, sales expertise, operational proficiency, and effective communication. As a key team member, you will play a significant role in structuring and managing the Sales GTM framework at Insight.

What you'll do at Insight:
  • Establish and manage a data repository and reports for account segmentation, roles, coverage, and territory management to support the GTM Strategy team
  • Act as the data steward for all account and sales GTM characteristics to shape the account segmentation and coverage structure
  • Engage with Data Management, Business Intelligence (BI), and analytics teams within Insight
  • Provide financial reporting, analysis, and planning assistance to finance and sales leadership
  • Create and distribute value-added management reports on sales data, territory, and coverage planning

What you'll need to join Insight:
  • College degree graduate
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in Sales GTM planning and operations
  • Advanced Excel skills, familiarity with querying and analytical tools like SQL, Power BI, or Tableau
  • Ability to work night shifts and in a hybrid setup
