OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY

The Product Performance Lead is a critical player in the Product Management team. The Product Management team is responsible for the in-depth analysis of the performance of products, services, channels, and processes, and then stimulating actions to improve performance – in operations, sales, marketing, pricing, and other front-line functions. As such, Product Management is vital to driving increases in revenue from IWG's range of products, services, channels, and processes. It is about driving the performance of existing products rather than developing new products (there is a separate team for that).

The Product Performance Lead will report to the Director of Product Management and will be responsible for the gathering and analysis of product performance data and the communication of actions that result from this analysis to the functions and teams who need to take action to improve performance.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Understand product performance data in detail – sources, meaning, implicationsComplete analysis of KPIs by product, service, process and channel according to pre-set KPIsComplete communication process on basis of performance analysis to address issues with centres and functionsBuild and improve algorithms to run data analysis on KPIs as defined – leveraging IWG's sources of billing and customer dataSuggest new KPIs and new ways of looking at performance to identify new pockets of revenue improvementWork closely with different departments within the company to improve the analysis and presentation of products Job Requirements and QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data or any related fieldMinimum 2 years data analytics experienceStrong knowledge of Excel is essentialAdvanced (SQL; Python) skills are highly valuedExcellent writing skills to prepare detailed reportsHas the ability to work under pressure and adapt to changeExcellent multitasking and problem-solving abilitiesExceptional time-management skillsInterpersonal skills to work collaboratively with various stakeholders who may have competing interests
