Your 'day to day' Lead the implementation of the vision of sales through the design of training strategy, directing their execution, according to market demands and sales development needs, with the aim to achieve a competitive advantage in the market and support the growth of highly developed business leaders and development of the sales organization.


  • Design and ensure the implementation of the Sales training strategy of the affiliate and collaborate with the local regions to ensure the technical knowledge and correct execution of roles and responsibilities (in field).
  • Contribute to people and organization growth. Design and ensure sales organizational development, according to the business needs and sales strategies in order to achieve the sales objectives through effective trainings.
  • Propose and develop training programs consistent with the overall brand strategy that satisfy the training needs of the sales force to develop their functional and technical skills to do their job. These training programs must include clear metrics to assure the level of knowledge acquired in the sales force.
  • Design and develop a training platform where the trainings will be deliver to the sales force. This platform must include innovated ways of training using a didactical methodology to facilitate the learning process and assure that every training program has a follow up.
  • Design and ensure change management and sales organizational development, according to the business needs and training strategies in order to achieve the sales objectives.
  • Establish a relationship between the COD department and all the functional areas of the Sales & Marketing directions in order to support the initiatives of these areas, to generate a better understanding of their initiatives and facilitate their implementation.
  • In cooperation with line management, identify and formulate the improvement opportunities in sales force call mission, enabling to achieve sales, availability, and visibility objectives at all covered trade layers.
Who we're looking for

  • 8 years of experience in commercial, with at least 3 different functional roles (Sales field, Key Account, Trade Marketing, etc.) with knowledge of consumer goods in all trade channels.
