Sales Strategy Execution: Implement sales strategies set by the Sales Head.

Team Management: Lead a vertical team, ensuring they also effectively sell horizontally.

Sales Performance Monitoring: Oversee sales activities to meet set targets.

Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key clients.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with other departments to ensure alignment of sales strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Experience: Proven experience in sales management, preferably in both vertical and horizontal roles.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analysis tools.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong negotiation, team management, and client relationship skills.

Understanding of Sales Dynamics: Knowledge of both vertical-specific and broad-market sales strategies.

OUR DETAILED SERVICES INCLUDE:

Payroll Administration and Management – ASTICOM will be responsible for the overall payroll management of the client's employee. This service includes the implementation of Asticom's very own payroll system.

Outsourcing/Shared Service Model – ASTICOM will enter an engagement with the client wherein Asticom will act as a service provider that will directly manage operations (people, tools of work, productivity, and others).

Staffing Services – ASTICOM will enter an agreement with the client as the principal. Asticom's project employees shall be deployed to the client for the duration if the engagement.
