BCM One is looking to add a Client Invoice Specialist to our growing in-house global Technology Optimization team. The Client Invoice Specialist will play a vital role in ensuring accuracy and efficiency in invoice processing. The responsibilities include evaluating invoices, resolving alerts, escalating discrepancies, and communicating changes to clients promptly. With a keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills, you'll meet tight deadlines and maintain clear records. The ideal candidate has a passion for technology and finance, with at least 3 years of invoice processing experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in computer tools.

Work Locations:

This position will be hybrid based out of our office in Makati City, Philippines. We are typically in the office 3 days per week with WFH the other 2 days. This is subject to change based on the demands of the position and company.

Hours:

Night Shift - 9pm to 6am local. (9am to 6pm Eastern US business hours.)

What You Will Do:

Review and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness.Process invoices and alerts promptly and accurately, within our clients' and internal SLAs.Notify clients of any changes to rates or services as needed.Resolve any discrepancies or issues with invoices. Escalate to other team members and departments as necessary.Keep updated records on inventory, including alerting others when new inventory needs to be onboarded.Maintain organized and accurate documentation for audits of invoice records, comments, and client communication.Collaborating with other departments or carriers as needed.Follow up on any outstanding issues to adhere to strict timelines.Other duties as required.
What You Will Need:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.3 years of experience as in invoice processing.Experience working night shift.Excellent professional English, written and verbal.Goal-oriented and meets tight deadlines. Excellent experience with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams) and related software. Fantastic organizational and time management skills. Well developed analytical and problem-solving skills.Meticulous attention to detail.Ability to accurately follow instructions.
