What is your mission?

We are looking for an Agency Billing Specialist who is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely invoicing for all agency-billed items. This role involves closely following established workflows, collaborating with account managers, and maintaining accurate data within the EPIC system.

You will provide the best service to our partner client by performing these tasks:

Invoicing

Invoice all agency bill items promptly.Follow established workflows for all agency invoicing processes.Collaborate with account managers to invoice agency-billed premiums for endorsements, renewals, new business, audits, and more.Account and Data ManagementReview account setup in EPIC to ensure accurate PR/BR (Policyholder/Broker) and production credit information.Review and update all commissions in EPIC for the carrier, producer, and agency.Additional DutiesHandle tasks related to direct bill transactions, corrections, and report generation as needed.Perform other duties as assigned to support billing operations and accuracy. Who are we looking for?Minimum of 2 to 3 years basic accounting and billing experience, preferably within an insurance company.Proficiency in MS Excel, specifically with Vlookup and Pivot Tables. Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating and delivering presentationKnowledge of the Applied Epic software is beneficial but can be learned on the job.Above average English communication skills both written and verbal.High school diploma or a college degree is preferred.
