Your 'Day to Day'

The Commercial Business Process Supervisor is responsible for optimizing PMFTC's Commercial and Sales processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and continuous improvement. This role demands strong analytical skills, leadership qualities, and a proactive problem-solving approach.

Process Optimization
  • Analyze current processes to identify areas for enhancement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to streamline workflows and boost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to standardize processes and implement best practices.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess process effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
Continuous Improvement
  • Lead initiatives for continuous improvement to achieve operational excellence.
  • Use various methodologies to pinpoint root causes of inefficiencies and implement solutions.
  • Cultivate an atmosphere of innovation and continuous learning within the organization.
  • Organize process improvement workshops and training sessions for staff.
Quality Assurance
  • Set quality standards and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits to uphold process integrity.
  • Implement corrective and preventive measures to address quality concerns.
  • Monitor and report quality metrics to management and stakeholders.
Team Leadership
  • Supervise a team of process improvement specialists/analysts.
  • Offer guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members.
  • Effectively delegate tasks and monitor progress for timely completion.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment promoting teamwork and innovation.
Communication and Stakeholder Management
  • Communicate process changes, updates, and enhancements to relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to align processes and goals.
  • Act as a liaison between different functional areas for seamless process integration.
  • Respond to inquiries and support stakeholders on process-related matters.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement, preferably in manufacturing or service industries.
  • Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making.
  • Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and process optimization techniques preferred.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate teams.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear conveyance of ideas.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
