Position Summary:

Responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating customer relations programs of the company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Plan, monitor, and evaluate overall operations of the department.Develop customer relations projects and programs that contribute to the achievement of the company's goal to build and strengthen personal relationships with clients and prospects.Establish policies and procedures and monitor the effectiveness of such.Attend to the operational and budget planning process and monitors adherence of actual spending of the department to approved budgets.Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriateStudy competition to find new ways to retain customers.
