About the role

Join our dynamic team at United Steel Technology (STEELTECH) Int'l Corporation as an IT Specialist. In this full-time role based in Manila City Metro Manila, you will be responsible for providing technical support and managing the IT infrastructure to ensure the seamless operation of our business.

What you'll be doing

Provide first-line technical support to users, troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issuesImplement and maintain IT systems, networks, and equipment to meet the company's operational needsMonitor system performance, identify and resolve any potential issuesAssist in the planning, deployment, and configuration of new IT systems and technologiesCoordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure the smooth running of IT operationsMaintain accurate documentation of IT assets, configurations, and processesProvide training and support to end-users on the effective use of IT systems and applicationsWhat we're looking forDegree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field2-3 years of experience in a similar IT support or IT specialist roleStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsProficient in the maintenance and administration of Windows and Linux-based systemsFamiliarity with network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewallsGood understanding of IT security best practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with users at all levelsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWhat we offer
