As a full-time, on-site IT support specialist, you will be responsible for providing high quality end user support and resolving a wide range of technical issues for our global clients.

What you'll be doing

Respond to and resolve incoming IT service requests from end-users via phone, email, and web-based ticketing systemsDiagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related problems to restore normal operationsProvide technical guidance and user training to help improve end-user productivity and efficiencyDocument all activities and maintain accurate records of service requests and resolutions

What we're looking for

1-3 years of experience in IT support, service desk or help desk rolesActive directory and Office 365 user managementStrong customer service orientation and excellent communication skillsProficient in using IT support tools, ticketing systems, and remote access softwareSolid understanding of Windows operating systems, office productivity software, and basic networking conceptsWillingness to learn and continuously improve your technical skills
