Qualifications & experience

1 to 2 Years Work ExperienceCollege Graduate. Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures. Experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position. The salary level will depend on the candidate's years of experience, qualifications and skills. Willing to undergo training. Willing to work on-site and travel for work. Tasks & responsibilitiesAssessing employee job performance to provide feedback and use in determining promotions, salary increases and termination of employment.Designing programs and procedures to ensure that all candidates, employees, and customers are treated fairly and without discrimination. Tracking of documents, including employee records related to attendance, vacations, medical leave, and other employee data. Training and development ensure for employees to improve their job performance. Create a positive working environment and facilitate positive employee relationships. Reviewing and Verification of identity documents. Maintain and update accounting records and files.Review and Reporting of tax policies and tax payments and returns to Account Manager.
