Attends to Tenant Calls, Service Requests, and Walk-in Inquiries.Prepares and computes summary of payments and billing of the following.OtherHandles and deposits collectionsUpdates existing Tenant Files; this include proper documentation and record keeping.Conducts regular and periodic inventory of Office/Storeroom Items; this also includes attending to withdrawal/return of Inventory Items.Coordinates and prepares request for security passes and correspondence.Maintains and updates file/record of cash flow.Handles canvassing and purchasing functionsReceives all invoices and bills of suppliers and contractors to be forwarded to the MANAGER for approval.Petty Cash CustodianFollow-up monthly requisition of housekeeping consumable and office supplies.Attends to incoming and outgoing phone and fax messages.Monitoring of Move-in and move out of residentsPreparation of updated circulars and memosPerforms other duties that may be assigned by the MANAGER. Qualifications 2 years working experience as Administrative AssistantGraduate of Business or any related courseExperience in property management is an advantagecan start ASAP
