Summary of the Role:

Lead and supervise the planning, evaluating, coordinating, recommending, controlling, and monitoring effective management of letters of credits, mortgage trust indenture, banking requirement, inventory of collaterals and insurance requirements of the company.

Also, responsible in establishing Treasury policies and procedures to all branches to facilitate operating requirements and provide assistance to the
department in maximizing utilization of funds and insurance placement and team management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manages Letters of Credit documentation and FX requirements in meeting the operational targets for CAPEX
  • Maintains good relationship with banks in providing the necessary bank
    services to all Company locations and employee payroll accounts
  • Review, validates and supervises the monitoring of bank guarantees as
    collaterals to ensure the security of issued credit lines
  • Handles Mortgage Trust and related matters in terms of movement and
    registrations of the newly acquired company assets in ensuring strict
    compliance with the requirements
  • Prepares department budget, monitors and ensures operational expenses are within approved budget
  • Evaluates and implement cost-savings opportunities while maintaining the
    quality and level of service
  • Supervising, coaching, mentoring and training the treasury team for their
    career development that will help satisfy the level of service provided to the
    stakeholders
  • Conducts periodic meetings to discuss the recent update plans and initiatives
  • Engages the workforce to establish harmonious relationships and follows the proper implementation of Company Rules & Regulations including discipline, work, attendance and etc.
  • Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time
  • Willing to travel for work

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy, Banking Finance, Economic or any financial related courses
  • At least 7 years overall working experience with 3 years managing people
  • Excellent supervisory skills in scheduling, training, payroll and other related
    administrative tasks
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Knowledgeable in current business trends and customer oriented
  • Proficient in all MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PPT)
  • Advantage if knowledgeable with Netsuite or any accounting or e-banking system
