Treasury Operations Associate

Responsible in performing daily cash position report, includes reviewing bank statements and producing accurate cash forecasts, assessing liability levels, and tracking investment income, as well as coordination with the banks regarding updates on facilities and authorized approvers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide accurate cash flow forecast for the month (MTD)and for the whole year (FY).
  2. Act as Fund Management for all disbursements.
  3. Recommend excess funds available to be invested in time deposits and overnight placements.
  4. Receive cash/check payments and its corresponding Collection receipt (CR) /Official Receipt (OR) from Credit Ops Team Lead or from other non-trade business activities.
  5. Monitor direct payment from customer/s and coordinate required documents from Credit Ops Team Lead
  6. In-charge of safekeeping the cash/checks received beyond banking hour in the safety vault.
  7. Prepare and issue acknowledgement receipts for employee related payments (e.g. excess cash advance, payment of product loan etc.)
  8. Prepare standard journal vouchers related to Treasury transactions (e.g. bank charges, derivatives related to hedging, interest income and unreleased checks) and transmit to Records Management Team.
  9. Ensure compliance of other documents required by the bank (e.g. Update of signatory, SEC Cert, etc.)
  10. Perform other task that may be assigned from time to time by line manager. Key Requirements:
  11. Holds a degree of BS Accountancy or business-related courses
  12. With wide experience on Treasury functions especially on accounts recon and analysis
  13. An ability and willingness to learn.
  14. Excellent communication skills.
  15. Initiative and adaptability.
  16. High degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness.
  17. Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while paying strict attention to details within the work that is being performed
  18. Knowledge in SAP
  19. With basic knowledge of MS office particularly excel, word, power point.
  20. Must be willing to work full onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa
