As a Treasury Assistant, you will support the treasury department in various operational and administrative tasks related to cash management, banking activities, and financial transactions. You will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and executing treasury operations under the guidance of senior treasury staff. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work effectively in a team will be essential in ensuring the smooth functioning of the treasury function.

Cash Management Support

Assist in monitoring cash balances and cash flow projections. Prepare daily cash position reports and reconcile cash transactions. Coordinate with internal departments to process cash receipts and disbursements. Banking OperationsProcess bank transactions, including wire transfers, ACH payments, and deposits. Maintain banking documentation, such as signature cards and bank account information. Assist in reconciling bank statements and resolving discrepancies. Financial ReportingPrepare routine reports on cash balances, liquidity positions, and banking activities. Assist in analyzing cash flow data and variances between forecasted and actual cash flows. Compile information for regulatory reporting and compliance requirements.Treasury Systems ManagementMaintain treasury management systems (TMS) and banking platforms. Ensure accuracy and integrity of data in treasury systems. Provide support in implementing system enhancements or upgradesDocumentation and Record-KeepingOrganize and maintain files and records related to treasury activities. Assist in preparing documentation for audits and regulatory examinations. Ensure compliance with internal controls and procedures. Assistance in ProjectsSupport treasury projects and initiatives, such as cash management optimization or system implementations. Assist in conducting research and analysis for treasury-related projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectivesAdministrative SupportProvide administrative assistance to treasury staff, such as scheduling meetings and managing calendars. Handle inquiries and requests from internal and external stakeholders.
