Duties & Responsibilities

  • Brand Management
  • Lead and actively contribute to the exploration of novel ideas and concepts to enhance Primer brand's direction and strategies.
  • Analyze research, data, and trends to substantiate recommendations.
  • Evaluate and integrate new technologies to drive brand evolution and enhance its omni channel capabilities.
  • Develop and implement creative and strategic initiatives.
  • Spearhead the co creation of updated or new brand and retail fit out guidelines for each Primer Group brand, encompassing brand identity, key programs, store formats, displays and digital & marketing assets.
  • Collaborate on the development and publication of default assets guidelines, including window displays, planograms, shelf talkers, digital display ads, promotional mechanics, and other brand marketing assets.
  • Establishes a relationship with local and regional designers & providers representing the group across the territories.
  • Liaise with foreign and/or local design firms and fixture manufacturers for both pre and post commissioning stages, which involve cost analysis, SLA negotiation, project briefing, project documentation, standardizing fixture scaling, and sourcing exercises.
  • Project Management for Brand Re-development
  • Collaborate on and present project plans, strategies, and roadmaps for assigned brand refresh initiatives to stakeholders.
  • Ensure each project has a well documented project brief, scope of work, resource planning, and defined milestones and success metrics.
  • Align with project sponsors on project KPIs and KRAs.
  • Ensure assigned projects stay on track, within budget, and on scope.
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Coordinates and updates as necessary all stakeholders of the assigned projects.
  • Regularly reports to the stakeholders (Head of Primer Delta, Delta Unit Manager, Project Sponsor, etc) the project updates and makes recommendations to mitigate any potential project risks and delays.
  • Foster smooth collaboration and information flow among direct & indirect, internal & external stakeholders of the project, by providing timely feedback and dialogue about the project with the Delta team to avoid misalignment, miscommunication, redundancy, and other factors to ensure cooperation of all concerned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business management, communications or related fields
  • Overall Ideation & Project Management Experience
  • At least 2 3 years work experience in ideation and managing various projects
  • Has a track record of converting an idea into an actual project, product, or service
  • Can manage multiple projects of varying scope and coverage
  • Demonstrates strong critical thinking & ideation skills
  • Has analytical skills to assess market trends and research data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the capability to work independently on assigned projects while also contributing as an active team member.
