We are seeking a Primavera Support Specialist to join our team and provide technical assistance and support for various IT systems and applications, with a focus on Oracle Primavera P6 EPPM, Oracle Unifier, Dell Boomi, and related integration interfaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Integration Support: Support existing integration touchpoints, assisting in troubleshooting unexpected results in integration data between P6, Unifier, and EBS systems. Provide remediation support for existing integration configurations.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to IT staff on issues related to Dell Boomi and Gateway Interfaces, troubleshooting technical problems, and resolving issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  • User Management: Add new users and provide access to users as per organizational requirements, ensuring proper user provisioning and access controls are maintained.
  • Upgrade Support: Assist the IT team during upgrades and patches, including Oracle's Quarterly Releases, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption to operations.
  • Configuration and Process Adjustments: Provide support and implement minor configuration or process adjustments, such as building new project templates, creating new views, or modifying enterprise data as required.
  • Report Support: Provide support for existing reports deployed as part of the SPS roll-out, ensuring accuracy and reliability of reporting functionalities.
  • Oracle Support: Submit and track Oracle Support service requests (SRs) related to Primavera P6 EPPM and/or Unifier products when necessary, ensuring timely resolution of issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must have knowledge of Oracle Primavera P6 EPPM
  • Knowledge of Oracle Unifier will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of ERP software like Oracle EBS and Oracle PPM Fusion is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6 EPPM and Unifier, both from a technical and functional standpoint.
  • Experience with integration technologies such as Dell Boomi, Oracle Integration Cloud, Mulesoft, SOA, etc.
  • Strong understanding of middleware support and integration concepts.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Previous experience providing IT support in a similar role is preferred.

Work Experience: 5 – 10 years

Education: Any graduate or postgraduate
