Solutions and Development Support Lead (Application Developer)

Developers/Programmers (Information & Communication Technology)

Provide the overall technical administration, maintenance, and backup of the IT system of the company. Responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. Plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way.

  • Provide support to the System Administrator in all technicalities and documentation.
  • Assists in upgrading and automating the system, if necessary.
  • Manages all events and incidents that occur in the IT environment, to support normal operations and detect and escalate exception conditions. Manage and analyze events and incidents to closure determining impact on MPTMobility business services and identifying the course of action to handle events.
  • Assists timely and accurate interface of all interconnected systems and accounts.
  • Ensure efficient and timely support on all physical in-house or remote assets.
  • Manages the performance of MPTMobility's Operating Unit's Core systems carriers, established service level agreements, and business needs. Measure and report on current capacity/performance and develop and maintain an availability plan that meets the current/forecasted needs of the business.
  • Building strong, collaborative relationships with the Technology team to drive IT performance and deliver against the business strategy.

Qualifications:

  • At least two (2) years of work experience in Supervising and Managing IT team.
  • Strong experience managing and configuring enterprise-wide IT environments and Telephony/PABX systems
  • Knowledge and experience with ITIL Processes
  • IT Service Management
  • CRM solutions
  • Database Server Administrations
  • Application development
  • Cloud Architecture & Administration
  • Can work effectively with minimal supervision
  • Organized, efficient, and able to work well under time pressure.
  • Resourceful, hardworking, dedicated, and committed to meeting deadlines
  • Willing to work on extended hours and holidays when required.
  • Capable of multitasking
  • Willing to be assigned in various geographical locations when required.
  • Knowledge of service and application delivery, as well as successful service-level agreement accomplishments
