The SAP Business Partner Quality Management (QM) position will be part of the Digital Solutions team and report to the Head of Enterprise Applications and the Programme Manager. The role involves collaborating closely with various teams including the GC Global SAP team, Business Process Experts, end users, external contractors, and SAP.

Key responsibilities of the SAP BUSINESS PARTNER QUALITY MANAGEMENT role:

• Be the main point of contact for SAP-related issues, questions, and requests from the business
• Act as a link to SAP providers
• Engage in SAP design, configuration, and integration projects
• Participate in SAP initiatives globally
• Configure and develop SAP and RICEFWs
• Ensure up-to-date SAP documentation and compliance with CSV standards
• Collect, document, and analyze business requirements for SAP and BI applications used by GC
• Coordinate the design, testing, and deployment of SAP and BI solutions
• Organize SAP initiatives, roll-outs, and upgrades with the Digital Solutions team
• Provide support, training, and assistance to end users on SAP
• Handle first and second level support and SAP change requests
• Act as backup for internal SAP team members when necessary

To be eligible, you should have expertise in the following requirements:

• Work in the Central Standard Time zone of Chicago USA from 8 am to 6 pm
• Degree in ICT, Bachelor IT, or equivalent with 7 to 10 years of SAP configuration experience
• In-depth knowledge of Quality Management business processes in global corporate environments
• Extensive experience with SAP S4HANA, Quality Management, ABAP development, and other SAP modules
• Familiarity with Project Management methodologies and Quality Management reporting
• A plus if you have experience in SAP Material Management, Production Planning, and Inventory Management
• Strong communication skills with a focus on international work environments
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Japanese is beneficial

The ideal candidate must meet the following pre-employment requirements:

• Valid NBI Clearance, Medical or PEME Slip, and government identification
• Photocopies of valid IDs and Birth Certificate
• Completed HR Forms & Promissory Note
