Join KMC Solutions as an ENGINEERING SERVICES ANALYST

You'll be part of the team supporting and maintaining tools developed by the company's engineering services group.

Main responsibilities:

  • Ensure tools are operational and communicate progress to stakeholders.
  • Resolve technical issues and escalations.
  • Collaborate with developers to address technical challenges.
  • Enhance processes and automate using new tools.
  • Provide status updates on projects.
  • Improve releases and deployment processes.
  • Manage deployments in a distributed environment.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external teams across time zones.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree.
  • Proficiency in Linux (Ubuntu, RHEL/CentOS) and Python.
  • Network troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of GIT, Jira, Jenkins.
  • Experience with tools like Airflow and RunDeck.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Preferred familiarity with Infrastructure as Code languages.
