Your role will involve partnering with Talent Acquisition Partners, working with internal stakeholders, and implementing effective strategies to meet our talent acquisition goals. Key Responsibilities of a TA Sourcer - R&D:

Build candidate pipelines for a variety of roles within our client's R&D teamsCreate and implement sourcing strategies in alignment with role requirementsEmploy innovative methods to attract technical talentConduct initial candidate screenings and support them throughout the recruitment processMaintain candidate relationships and act as an advisor during the recruitment processAnalyze sourcing data to enhance strategiesRepresent our client's values and culture to candidates and stakeholders

Requirements for the Role:

Minimum of 2 years' experience in technical recruiting or sourcingAbility to independently solve problems and engage candidates creativelyPassion for creating exceptional candidate experiencesStrong networking skills and detail-oriented approachUnderstanding of the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion
