As a SENIOR SUPPORT ENGINEER at Tricentis, your responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively managing complex client service issues
  • Creating technical documentation for issue resolution
  • Ensuring timely responses to inquiries
  • Collaborating with development teams and key account management
  • Contributing to product enhancement through bug reporting and feature requests

Requirements for this role:

  • 3+ years experience in Technical Support, Test Analyst, or QA
  • Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, etc.
  • Experience with networking concepts, diagnostic tools, and test frameworks
  • Proficiency in database administration and software development methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills and customer-focused attitude
  • Knowledge in enterprise architecture is a plus

Additional skills that would be advantageous:

  • Software development experience
  • Experience with SAP or Microfocus ALM
  • Familiarity with AWS or Azure deployments
  • Prior experience with Tricentis products
