Software License Administration Specialist

Job Description:

As a Technical Support Specialist in our Support Division, you will be responsible for the analysis, processing, technical recommendation and resolution of technical inquiries, cases and requests from all customer segments

· The role is "customer-facing" support role and will require interactions via our self-service portal, emails, chats, and a few inbound calls. Collaborate with customers to deliver superior customer experience, leveraging effective communication and problem-solving skills to ensure their needs are met with satisfaction.

· The Software Licensing Administrator is responsible to support, manage, administer & deliver license contracts/agreements for Tricentis products.

· This includes supporting customer and internal requests for information related to licensing of Tricentis software products.

· The Software Licensing Administrator will also facilitate communication between the customer and its providers in order to deliver software license according to purchase order/agreements and to ensure licensing compliance.

· Pro-actively establish collaborative relationship with Sales team to gather required information and work collectively for compliance closures.

· Contribute to internal knowledge expansion and continual process improvement.

Qualifications:

To be successful in the position you will possess the following skills and experience: Must have:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Computer Engineering.

· Minimum of 1+ years of relevant license administration functions for a Software-As-A-Service (SaaS) product for both cloud and on-premise applications.
