Role: Business Development Specialist (GMA)

Department: Foodservice Group

Job Summary:

The main purpose of the role is to grow the New Categories in the Foodservice Channel. To Identify potential accounts and distributor, and lead in engaging and enrolling the potential large accounts.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Route to Market:
  • Determine and Execute Route to Market strategy and lead in execution and implementation.
  • Recommends the best route to market option to deliver customer service levels & cost efficiency
  • Relationship building with customer Key Decision Makers; present plans & craft solutions.
  • Account Penetration and Development focus on Beverage New Format and plant-based offering
  • Understand and recommend Distributor/ Dealer/ Customer sales structure needed to deliver strategy.
  • Leads in Customer selection, retention, and evaluation according to NutriAsia assessment framework.
  • Delivers area/ channel / account volume and NSV.
  • Manages inventory and Demand Plan based on the projected at least 6 months rolling forecast.
  • Recommends pricing and budget depending on the recommended tier per Account/ Operator/ Dealer or Distributor.
  • Initiate asset management to track NutriAsia owned machines.

FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE / SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education - College Graduate preferably degree course in Marketing/ Management or related field.
  • Experience - Minimum of (2) years of experience in Key Account Sales
