We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Operations Business Partner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical role in supporting our Talent and Client Experience Manager (TCX) to achieve operational excellence. You will be responsible for leading and empowering a team of Associates, ensuring efficient processes, and driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • People Management: Provide expert guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to your team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Employee Relations: Handle employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and investigations, ensuring compliance with Philippine Labor Laws.
  • Client Relationships: Oversee and contribute to building strong partnerships between clients and their dedicated teams, ensuring clear communication and seamless service delivery.
  • Employee Experience Champion: Develop and implement strategies to cultivate a high-performing culture, prioritizing employee well-being and driving engagement.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze key metrics, identify areas for improvement, and lead the implementation of efficient operational processes.
  • HR Support: Partner with the HR team to execute HR processes, including performance reviews, rewards programs, talent identification, and succession planning.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Maintain excellent communication with colleagues, clients, and senior management, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role within a fast-paced business environment.
  • Proven ability to develop, motivate, and empower teams to achieve their full potential.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices, with a focus on employee relations and talent management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to process improvement.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant business software.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
  • Fresh graduates with demonstrably relevant skills and strong leadership potential are encouraged to apply.
