DYNINNO Philippines is a contact center established to support International Travel Network LLC (ITN - ) in its global expansion. ITN is an international airline ticket consolidator founded in San Francisco, USA, that has direct agency sales contracts with more than 50 global airlines.

DYNINNO Philippines is set with the objective to provide contact center support to ITN's clients from the USA, UK, and Canada. DYNINNO Philippines is a part of an international DYNINNO Group of companies, that has active facilities in India, Colombia, Egypt, Latvia, and Moldova. We are using cutting-edge technologies to excel in our Data Processing, FinTech, and IT business divisions.
DYNINNO Philippines started its operations in the Philippines in 2012 and has rapidly grown to 1500 employees across locations in Manila and Cebu with plans to grow our team to over 2000 employees in 2024.

I - Position Overview:

The HRBP will play a crucial role in aligning HR strategies with business goals. This position requires a strategic thinker who can foster a positive work culture, lead HR initiatives, and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.

III - Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support the overall business objectives.

Employee Relations: Act as a primary point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolutions in compliance with organization policies and applicable labor laws.

Talent Management: Partner with leadership to identify talent needs, succession planning, and development opportunities. Implement strategies to retain, and develop high-performing employees.

Performance Management: Oversee and support the performance management process, providing guidance to managers on setting performance expectations, conducting performance reviews, and addressing performance issues.

Organizational Development: Identify opportunities for organizational development and design and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, teamwork, and productivity.

Change Management: Lead change management initiatives ensuring effective communication and engagement with employees during periods of change.

Compliance and Policies: Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and applicable employment laws. Provide guidance on HR-related legal matters.

Employee Engagement: Implement and drive employee engagement programs, surveys, and initiatives to create a positive and inclusive work environment.

IV - Our requirements:

Experience:

Years: 5-8 years of rich experience in HR, with a focus on HR business partnering within the contact center industry.

Tools: Should have experience of working ERPs like SAP, PeopleSoft, Workday, Oracle etc.

Environment: Must have worked in a highly competitive and goal-based performance-driven environment.

Domain knowledge: Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations

Proven experience in managing complex employee relations issues

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals.

Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.

Language: Excellent hold on verbal and written English and finesse in communication skills.

Must be open to work as per business requirements. (Rotational shifts, weekend working, holiday working)
